The Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G. is a sparkling Wine obtained from Glera grapes coming exclusively from vineyards located in the Cartizze area; a precious hill particurarly suited to viticulture, enclosed by only 107 hectares of vineyards inside the Conegliano Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G., an area which represents the highest oenological expression of Prosecco.

Bright straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. Complex, rich in mineral, floral and fruity notes of acaia, jasmine, rose, golden apple and pink grapefruit. Fresh, pleasant, creamy, smooth, round, with an intense aromatic persistence.

Ideal for important occasions, excellent with desserts and little pastries.
