In its aromatic profile the ranges of fruit and spices are predominant and that's right in the grappe with a long aging and a high quality standard.In the range of fruity tastes we can catch the one of the dry fruit, so rare to find; together with the candied fruit, the raisins and the prune we can feel the fruit in syrup, the jam and the citrus.In the range of spices the flavour of the barrel is dominating, together with pepper, liquorice, tobacco and clove.
