Gewurztraminer Cuvée Jérémy 50cl
This exceptional wine reveals a deep golden yellow color with intense copper highlights, almost oily tears, a sign of generous liquor. The nose is an aromatic explosion of dried fruits and candied fruit, fresh fruit (pineapple, mango, apricot), mixed with the root notes of gentian and sweet spices (turmeric) that coat the whole with great elegance. On the palate, the attack is sweet and syrupy, like a fruit nectar where the aromatic complexity is increased tenfold by an impressive concentration. Spices and root are well present and bring balance to this material out of the ordinary.
