The long experience in the distillation, which began in 1868, together with constant research and care in the selection of raw materials, ensures to the Carpenè Malvolti Grappa da Prosecco the purity and elegance that has always characterised it. From the selection of Glera grape’s pomace, coming from the Prosecco area, arises this single-variety Grappa, expression and which today is one of the most famous Sparkling Wines in the world.

Crystal clear, with delicate pale yellow nuances. Particularly elegant in its complex aromatic notes that remind floral, candied fruits, chocolate, sponge and almond fragrances. The characteristics of this nobly aged distillate, on the palate, blend with a dried fruit cocktail.

To be tasted smooth after meal or drink with dark chocolate or biscuits.
