The Firriato winery was born in the mid-80s by the passion and ambition of Salvatore Di Gaetano and his wife Vinzia Novara. From the first moment, the production of Firriato was centred on a fundamental principle: the quest for quality. The perfect combination of passion and quality allowed Firriato to become one of the symbols of Sicily in a few years, now known and appreciated all over the world. Sicily is a land with undoubted wine potential and contains within in an extraordinary variety of climates and soils, variety is reflected in full in the production of wine.
